"Amazing service!!!! I noticed the new store on my way to and from work. I decided to stop since I’d been interested in getting new floors. I stopped in and I talk to a woman and she was so accommodating and nice. Jody the owner personally came out to measure my floors the very next day. He gave me a quote, that was very reasonable. I went in to pay, the next day him and his crew of Amish men came and installed my floors. They move all my furniture, and finish installing that day. "Had been to all the big box stores, found a store in the area, decided to check it out and was happy to find a real posibility of what I thought would be good. Proceeded to talk with the to the person in charge, told me he could come out & measure later that night. He did come out, measured and I went back, picked out what I wanted and thought all was good. (not so much). Was told because I didn't have enough to $$ to have them clear everything out I would have to do it myself. So at 77 yrs old I would have to rip up all the old carpet including all those miserable tack strips, move all furniture out of the way Not fun at all. To make a long story short, the man doing all this dumped me told me to go somewhere else, he did give me my deposit back. He apparently Was offended that I didnt have the means to pay him after he kept adding more charges because of additions he said he would need to do. If I couldnt come up with additional $$$ to go somewhere else. So there I was, sitting in my living room, no carpeting, furniture everywhere else, wondering what do I do now. Mind you, it was the most helpless feeling I had felt in a long time. On a search I made a stop at RIKMIN FLOORING & ROOFING , spoke to Judy (who was really sweet) scheduled to have someone come out & give a. Est. Now it turns to really good. JODY came out, walked in, looked around, said what happened. After I told him my story, he said well we are going to have to do something, you cant live like this. 2 days Later at 9:00 the installer arrived. 6 hrs. later I had a BEAUTIFUL living rm.& dinette. The installer cleaned up everything (did a great job) and I am So happy. IT really was a GODsend that I happened to just walk in there, never expected that things would work out the Way they did. If I never would have made that stop, I would never met with Jody &the rest of them, and who knows what may have transpired. If anyone has any work to be done,please give them a chance to do it. I promise you won't be sorry!"
